I bought a car and it had no mats or spare tire the sales people ie Ross didn’t even send the IOU over and Timothy was able to get the mats and spare tire to me in record time.. I got a certified car and the people ie Ross didn’t even send the IOU over and Timothy was able to get the mats and spare tire to me in record time.. Ronaldo is an unprofessional bully. Kia should be ashamed of having someone like himself representing them. Customer service could be better. I was rudely spoken to upon arriving to pick my vehicle up. I had to approach an advisor to even speak to anyone as Nobody greeted me upon my arrival I was rudely spoken to upon arriving to pick my vehicle up. I had to approach an advisor to even speak to anyone as Nobody greeted me upon my arrival but was seen.Chris yelled at me from his cube to come into the cube to get my keys. Wouldn’t even get up. Unprofessional!!! I was told an hour and a half , dropped car off at 8:30 for a 9am appointment, didn’t get it back until 11am. I had to wait even after returning from dropping it off. More
