Major concerns with car are blown off. Took a month to contact them about what next steps are and I was the one to reach out. Car still has same issue and no follow up plan was made. I booked an oil change a week in advance the service took 2 hours which I thought was excessive. The vehicle did not have any other problems which could have caused the delay, I will probably use a fast lube 2 hours which I thought was excessive. This has been one of the worst dealership service experiences I have had. They were totally inept in knowing how to fix my K900. They had the car for an entire MONTH!! They at first tried to charg experiences I have had. They were totally inept in knowing how to fix my K900. They had the car for an entire MONTH!! They at first tried to charge me 4 hours of work to diagnose the problem. I had a zero deductible warranty that they didn't want to accept. They Finally contacted a Service Advisor at the corporate office to find out how to fix the panoramic roof! They then charged me for having a part overnighter and still took an additional week to fix the car. If you really want to be annoyed just call them and you will get a continuous recording of How all of their service customers rate them 5 out of 5 stars. I have no idea who those people can possibly be. They had to dismantle the interior of the car around the roof and windows to fix the top. When I went to pick it up I got some more of their 5 star service. When I got in the car to leave the driver's seat belt wouldn't retract. I had to go back in and tell them the seat belt had a problem and some manager guy asked if the seat belt worked when I brought it in? He said he had no idea why I would be complaining about the belt because that had nothing to do with the roof repair! I had to stop him and inform him that they took apart much of the interior which happen to include where the seatbelt was attached. I then had to wait for them to fix the problem. When they gave the car back to me and agreed that the seat belt in fact had a problem, I asked if they had tested ALL the belts to make certain they worked, he said "You didn't ask for that ( Some more if their 5 star service). The end of the story is I immediately traded that car in and bought a Honda Accird Hybrid so I would never have to incur any more of their 5 star service!! I now have a great car and a more professional Service Department!! More
