The worst experience ever! Stay away from this dealer! A month of sleepless nights with my car alarm going off continuously. No diagnostics first-just parts replaced. I had a problem with my steering column and it was determined it could not be safely fixed. My steering wheel would just drop to one side after I turned the vehicle off and there was a lot of play in the steering wheel. He ordered the steering column from corporate and said it would take several days to come in. I mentioned I had to work and needed a vehicle.I was taken home. Later that night a worker dropped off a loaner car was dropped off by an employee of Daytona Hyundai at my home and I was free to use it until the part came in and the vehicle was fixed. When I got my car back the steering column was tight and I felt confident with driving the car. Javier and his team went above and beyond the call of duty and I am quite pleased with the service and my experience. More

All dealership people very helpful.Very nice waiting area,free coffee and snacks.Large big screen TV and two laptops for customers use. My wait was about one hour and 45 minutes.I thought this was quick as I didn't make appointment. I needed cabin air filter.The price was $50 installed.It takes about 5 minutes to install. I found a 2015 cabin filter on line for $12. When Hyundia or any car company robs a customer, that customer will think twice before buying. I love my 2015 sonata,it is a great car. On the interstate I get 36 gal. per mile.This car has so much cabin room and drives so nice. All car dealerships should learn that a customer that is happy will be a customer for life. More
Bad Service I brought my car in for a strange noise. They kept my car the entire day before calling me and telling me they couldn't get it to reproduce the sound I brought my car in for a strange noise. They kept my car the entire day before calling me and telling me they couldn't get it to reproduce the sound when they started it even though I had told them it happened when I accelerated meaning you have to drive the car. Then called me back and said okay we heard and let's try this first but we don't have the part. Part was ordered and replaced. Didn't fix the problem. After paying $300.00 for nothing I went to a private mechanic who diagnosed and fixed my problem for the first time. I will never bring my car back here and would never purchase a car from these people either. More

JJ Johnson greeted me upon entering for maintenance and when completed Bill Lupoli was extremely helpful in tutoring me again on the use of my car voice commands and the navigational system set up for easier use. I have had two other Hyundai.s before , A Sante Fe and a Sonata 2006. Mike traded my previous car in for a Leased Sonata Sport. I love it and will purchase another at the end of this lease. Daytona Hyundai will be my personal dealership. More

Having a ton load of work on his shoulders and you can imagine how that can be in the dealership business, he stayed truly honest to his word and I would recommend ANYONE to go see this gentleman for your service needs. Nothing but positive comments from me and I will gladly and urgently go back to see him for any and all of my vehicle service needs. God Bless! More
