I have had a Hyundai since 2005. I now have my 3rd Hyundai. One bought as a certified pre-owned. The last one was a brand new. Over the years, I have been generally pleased with servicing my vehicles there. The situation referred to on 03/19 left me a bit dissatisfied. On 03/18, I called to get an appointment. No return call. On 03/19 I called again - no return. That's what prompted me to "go higher". For whatever, a service person called late Saturday to schedule my appointment. Did she act on her own? Or was she instructed by management to "satisfy" an irate customer. I never heard from Glenn Richey personally - or he did not identify himself. Charlie McHale sent an email as did Eryc Booth, and a couple others I don't recall. More

Good service I had an issue with my 2015 Santa Fe GLS. Bob and Regina were there to help find a solution. Bob ran some diagnostics and found that my 3 year old bat I had an issue with my 2015 Santa Fe GLS. Bob and Regina were there to help find a solution. Regina made me feel at home and we talked about new cars and other stuff. she has always been there when I have needed a new car, she sold my current vehicle and always answered questions I had. More
