poor customer service on purchase in the purchase of this car they never told me there was no spare tire. They came up with a poor excuse of weight factor spare tire and a Jack cannot in the purchase of this car they never told me there was no spare tire. I was also told if I may make payments in one year with no mistakes that they could drop my interest rate. When they did the financing they did not see there was a lien on the car that I traded that I did not know of from my wife. With the spare tire and Jack they told me to go buy one from them for $300 which I did not think was very fair of them I think all called manufacturers should tell you if you have a spare or not. More
