Thank you for your review. I appreciate you explaining all the facts letting everyone know the team did the right thing and you did not lose money. Thank you. Sometimes that is left out. I can 100 percent assure you this particular vehicle your talking about was sent to the auction and was SOLD there Wednesday night 3/29. Although there would not be anything wrong fixing the clutch and then selling it at a higher price, you have my word that is not the case. On two different sights right now we are saying things that are not true. We would like to show that to you so you can see this is not the case, again if it were there's nothing wrong with fixing it and asking for more. At this point Daytona Hyundai now has a review less than perfect and is something totally not true. Please call Charlie at the dealership so we can put this to rest. I will also ask when you have the proof the car is not on our lot and realize we are telling you the facts like we have since the problem arose that we update the social sites. Thank you and we are always here for you.

What I DO believe is that 100% of the time you TELL people that you want to earn their business but what you DO is not the same. Again - Not Satisfied at all with your customer service. Would NOT recommend this dealership at this point to anyone who wants to be treated with respect in their car buying experience. Even upper management staff in sales is not professional. It's not how they treat you when things go right, it's how they treat you when things go wrong. This dealership does not have the depth of leadership that is needed for customer facing issues - or perhaps doesn't have the right people handling escalation issues from the start.

I don't think anything that is said will resolve anything at this point. At Daytona Hyundai, like I said before, there is nothing we wont do for our customers satisfaction. Each and every one of our customers can at any time get in contact with any one of us to resolve any issue. As you can see we are rated very highly on dealer rater and that's because we do the right thing all the time. If there is a disagreement at anytime we are very active in getting to the bottom of it and if there was anything wrong on our part fix it immediately. 98% of our customers are satisfied and we will continue for 100 percent. There is always room to improve. As it is in your situation we agreed the night you were here that the situation was tuff. You had our word that we would fight to get things done on your term with exceptions we would have to get. There is nothing different today then when you left here that night. I wish you the best with your vehicle and we are here 7 days a week and are always available if you need anything or want to discuss anything further. Without putting out personal information I feel that is best.

Maybe if I put this at the top of my response it will sink it for you: this is not about the loan or the purchase. It is about your extreme LACK of PROFESSIONALISM in handling the situation and my calls and questions. Charlie and Ralph, your way of handling things is to talk over customers in order to get your point across. Make misstatements (aka lies) and basically do whatever you need to in order to try to get what you need from the deal. I will say it AGAIN....I am concerned about my personal financial information and the privacy thereof at this dealership. This is primary. Secondary, I have yet to talk to someone there that is interested in resolving my concerns or able to give me an intelligent explanation of the events that occurred. **I was asked for my review - there it is. STEER CLEAR of this dealership headed up by vacuous financial and sales individuals.
