The only question it looks like I can answer from the way your review came in was about the miles you were under on your current lease it sounds like. The lease company does not credit miles back that were not used. However if the vehicle is traded the miles are definitely taken into consideration when getting appraised. We are all happy that you are ok. I believe that after a vehicle is hit most customers would like it totaled out rather than fixed. On the vehicle you purchased there was the 0 percent of 1500.00 rebate available. It was worked with the rebate when agreed on everything. Looking into everything it was broken down both ways for you to decide. You ended up choosing the 0 percent. Either way you went when you have good credit the monthly payment comes out the same. It just comes down to how much your financing. If your were going to pay the vehicle off in the near future taking a low rate and the rebate is best. If your not and pay your loan the way its set up it will not cost you more either way. At Daytona Hyundai we do everything in our power to keep every customer happy. Unfortunately this is the way it comes from the manufactuer and dealership suffers the survey. Communication is usually always the problem but in this case I know it was gone over a few times and along with you deciding at the time of the sale. We are here if you need anything. It's a shame something out of our hands hurts the people involved who try to make sure they do the best they can.
