In the end both vehicles are ours anyways and we are both just as happy. She got the 2017 Hyundai Sonata Limited and I got the 2017 Hyundai Elantra Sport Turbo. She's loving her Sonata which is a big deal considering she had been an SUV girl for so many years. I'm loving my Elantra. Its got some serious pep! This cars going to get me into trouble lol! I gotta be careful cause its just too much fun to take off! Anyways. I'll turn it over to Michele now. As Mark stated in his review, this is our 8th car purchase from Daytona Hyundai and we are just as happy as we have been with all the other purchases. We have known Larry Graves since 2011 when we purchased our first 2012 model cars. He has always taken good care of us and worked with us to get to a price that fits while still keeping all the features and packages we desired on our cars. This time around we also had Kevin assist with coming to a price that worked within our budget. Kevin was a very nice gentleman and worked well with us on the price point. Thanks to Doug and Liz in the service department for always taking good care of us. They are always so friendly and personable. Thanks to Traci in finance for working to get us the best interest rates and payment plans. Thanks to Charlie for being with us since the beginning making sure we get what we are looking for and with a quality experience. Everyone at Daytona Hyundai makes the whole experience as easy as possible and as pleasant as possible. Just like Mark said they are like family to us. Regarding the cars. The one this review is about would be Mark's 2017 Elantra Sport which he is a bit too in love with right now. I'm starting to think I should be jealous of the attention his car is getting. He better slow down though, he's gotten a bit of a lead foot. He has always loved the Elantra design since they re-did it in 2011 but he has never had this much fun till he got the Sport Turbo. He also chose to go with the Manual transmission which I know has just added to the enjoyment. My 2017 Sonata Limited is very nice. I was looking at getting another Santa Fe Sport but once I saw the Sonata and took it for a test drive I was really impressed. This car is so luxurious with all its features. It honestly feels a bit like a Genesis. The interior cabin noise is drastically reduced and the ride is so smooth. The safety features are a nice bonus as well. The emergency breaking, bending headlights, auto cruise control and auto high beams are very useful. I hope to never experience the emergency breaking but its comforting to know its there in case of an emergency. The only thing I wish the Sonata had that isn't on the steering wheel is a mute button. Its a small thing but still a convenience feature that is missing on the Sonata for some reason. It was on the Santa Fe Sport and its on Mark's new Elantra Sport. I was not too familiar with leasing a car and I had a lot to learn. One of the salesman was friendly and informative with my first lease but I soon found him to be untruthful. He called me in before the 5 years were up just to show me he could replace my car with a model that would make my payments less. He robbed me of my 2012 Azera and put me in a Sonata. What he forgot to tell me was that by turning in the leased car, I would still have to pay the balance of the lease since it was for five years. I trusted him and went with the deal. I felt quite stupid when I realized what took place. I would have to think very hard before coming back to this dealership. But that is all behind me now since dealing with Roger Belue. More
