Wow, this was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! I had my sights set on buying a new Hyundai Tucson AWD hybrid when my old Hyundai Touring (189,000 miles) showed signs of dying. After leaving a message at Daytona Hyundai Regina called me back within five minutes to tell me that they had just received a new Tucson hybrid in the trim package I wanted (a rare find indeed in this age of supply chain shortages). So that morning I drove to the dealership and Regina took it from there. From showing me the vehicle, to the test drive, to setting up the Bluetooth, Regina was amazing. She was outstanding and made the process of purchasing the vehicle an absolute pleasure. Financing? Charlie was extremely helpful and put together the perfect financing package for my budget. Moving belongings from my trade to the new vehicle? It was already done for me without lifting a finger. Transferring the tags and getting the roof rack installed immediately without waiting? Done. Introducing me to the service manager and demystifying the maintenance schedule – done! I cannot recommend Regina and her team highly enough. She is super competent, highly respected by her colleagues and a strong customer advocate. All the paperwork was completed as Leo promised and I was in/out of the dealership in less than 25min.
