I had the most pleasant experience not once, but twice with this dealership. I helped a friend buy a car and they faciltated that loan protecting me all along. Over the years, I have been generally pleased with servicing my vehicles there. The situation referred to on 03/19 left me a bit dissatisfied. On 03/18, I called to get an appointment. No return call. On 03/19 I called again - no return. That's what prompted me to "go higher". For whatever, a service person called late Saturday to schedule my appointment. Did she act on her own? Or was she instructed by management to "satisfy" an irate customer. I never heard from Glenn Richey personally - or he did not identify himself.
