Made appointment for oil change & tire rotation for fri. Oct. 6 at 10:20 am arrived on time. At 9:35 am someone said they would help me soon, never happened! Made a appointment 2 weeks on advance with the service manager showed on time went told me that I wasn't on the scheduled they took put into service after 3 hrs of waiting told the service department to j manager showed on time went told me that I wasn't on the scheduled they took put into service after 3 hrs of waiting told the service department to just get my keys the manufactor offers the free oil changes and they can't even do that correct this is the worst service department I have ever seen .by the way this new car didn't even have 21,000 miles on it and it already been in the shop several times prior I'm done with this service department someone needs to step up and take controll More
Out of town (3 hour drive) potential customer who attempted to make a deal for a used Genesis GV70 for my Supra. They quoted me a price for the difference between the 2 vehicles. Called the next day attempted to make a deal for a used Genesis GV70 for my Supra. They quoted me a price for the difference between the 2 vehicles. Called the next day to approve the offer. Could not get the salesman or manager on the phone or to return my calls. On day 3 of attempting to have them return my calls finally received a call from the manager informing me they could not honor the price they originally quoted me. The best price they could do was $1200 more than what they quoted me - no explanation why. They knew I am military and from out of town - be VERY careful dealing with these people. On a good note was able to purchase the same make/model vehicle new - not used as Daytona Hyundai was offering for less money from another Hyundai dealership. Caveat Emptor! More

If the reason for car shortage was a hurricane, this charge would be illegal. The numbers speak for themselves. Anyone that adds “market adjustment” should be boycotted. Obviously, not all Hyundai dealers subscribe to this ethic questionable practice. More

We worked with Regina Nicotra at Daytona Hyundai. She helped us when we needed it the most. With the recent issues of not having cars available to purchase, she helped us get a Hyundai Elantra with q She helped us when we needed it the most. With the recent issues of not having cars available to purchase, she helped us get a Hyundai Elantra with quick and easy pick up. We have been waiting on an Elantra since 6/4/22 with Hyundai Headquarters, multiple delays and finally had to cancel our commitment to them. Daytona Hyundai promised and delivered! We reserved the car and the delivery came on date as promised on 7/26/22 after waiting about 2 weeks. We were in and out within 20 minutes. We have purchased from Regina at Daytona Hyundai 9 years ago with our Santa Fe and our Elantra GT. She is knowledgable and gave us great advice with our car that needed to be picked up at a mechanic in Orlando! Couldn't be happier! The car dealership as a whole is great! Thank you Regina More
