Negotiated with Miguel,who gave a fair price. There were no last minute changes or surprises. Everyone introduced themselves and were nothing but pleasant and helpful. We did not know a lot about Hyundai when we stopped at Jon Hall except the reputation of an excellent warrenty. We left the dealer last night with a 2011 Elantra! What an amazing car and an amazing crew at the dealership! We were treated like family and that is saying a lot when there is such a lack of customer service these days. Paul, Chris and Dana have a great sense of humor and definately know their product. If you are looking for a Hyundai, or if you were like us and just curious about the product line - Go To Jon Hall! You will not be sorry you did! More
I'm in the U.S. Army, stationed at Fort Stewart, Georgia. After looking around for a 2011 Hyundai Sante Fe with specific options, I finally found what I wanted, but it was in Daytona Beach, Florida. I talked to a salesman on the phone after my wife found the dealership on the internet, and headed south on my next day off. The salesman, Paul Gastreich, was absolutely helpful and made buying a new car a pleasant experience. The dealership was great, the price was nearly perfect, but the reason I bought my car there was because Paul was very well-prepared and the consumate professional. I found a slightly lower price at another dealer, but on the phone I was just passed around and felt condescendingly treated. Not a good way to sell a car! At Jon Hall, there were no high pressure tactics or trying to get me to buy every available option, just matter-of-fact best price for the truck I was looking for. Paul tried hard and secured several discounts for me, such as a military discount and a Hyundai loyalty discount. In fact, I even saved money on the financing because he recommended Hyundai Finance, which beat my own bank by 1.5% on the interest rate. Since I lived out of town, about 260 miles from the dealership, I sent Paul a check and a self-addressed stamped envelope requesting that he send me my registration and tag sticker, as the dealership recieved it from the DMV. I dropped it in the mail on Tuesday, and that very Saturday I recieved my registration from Paul. I would recommend Jon Hall Hyundai to anybody that is looking for a new vehicle, and I would certainly tell them to go talk to the same salesman, Paul Gastreich. More
After seeing so many new Sonatas on the road, I wanted to look into leasing one. I have done deals with Charlie (Sales Manager) in the past and he was always great to work with. I knew he was with Jon Hall Hyundai now, so I went all the way to Daytona Beach (150 mile round trip) just to deal with him and his staff. I was not disappointed. He and Frank worked the whole deal over the phone, taking a lot of the sitting around at the dealer out of the equation. I had a difficult trade-in situation, but these guys really worked hard to get me into the new car at the payment I needed. They even had the exact color combination we wanted. The car was prepped and waiting when we got to the dealership. We were treated like family at this dealership. Dana in finance handled the financing with no surprises popping up. Frank was knowledgeable about the product and staff was vey friendly. This was truly a no hassle, low anxiety experience. More

Let me say up-front that I really cannot say enough good things about our new car buying experience at Jon Hall Hyundai. As a long-time Hyundai owner (2003 Tiburon GT-V6) I knew the Hyundai brand was reliable and a great value for the money. When my wife and I first started the process of looking for a new car, it was a no-brainer to take a look at another Hyundai. We had seen a few of the restyled 2011 Sonatas on the road and loved the look, but really didn’t know much about them, so we paid a visit to Jon Hall just to see what the Sonata was all about. Jim Jones warmly greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the lot. We explained that we were not buying at the time, but just looking to see if the Sonata was something we might be interested in. He spent quite a bit of time showing us the various trim lines, explaining their features and answering all of our questions. I must tell you that Jim is not the stereotypic pushy car salesman. He is genuinely friendly, has a great sense of humor, and seems to be truly enthusiastic and passionate for the Hyundai product line. I liked him instantly. We left without buying anything, but that Sonata was always on the back of my mind. About 6 weeks later, we decided to get serious about buying a Sonata. We liked how they looked, liked what we read about them, liked the warranty, liked the one that we rented for a day (I recommend this, by the way), and felt they were a lot of car for the money. After tons of Internet research, we decided we wanted a Sonata SE 2.4 Auto in Venetian Red. I researched local Hyundai dealer websites to see what they offered in the way of “internet pricing.” I was really looking for a no hassle/no-haggle approach and contacted several dealers by email (including Jon Hall). I heard back from all of them, but Sarah Long, Internet Director at Jon Hall, seemed most interested in getting our business. Sarah and I communicated mostly via email over the course of a couple of days, and she was able to beat the prices offered by the other dealers. She was very up-front and honest with the details of the deal (unlike a couple other dealers who contacted me), and when it came time to go back to Jon Hall to meet again with Jim Jones to close the deal, every detail had already been discussed and agreed upon. All we had to do was take a test drive, sign some papers, hand over our payment, and drive away. No hassles, no haggles, no pressure from someone in a back room trying to get us to buy/spend more than we wanted. It was actually one of the best new car buying experiences we have ever had. Any questions I have had regarding the Car...he has responded w/the answer I needed and I would recomment Chris to anyone that I know, that might live in the Daytona area.
