I purchased a great car from Leo and Jake, a 2011 Camaro convertible, but unfortunately, a series of events took place in my life over a two month period that made keeping my dream car impossible. I returned to Leo and Jake and after explaining my delima, they were able to get me into a 2013 Elantra GT with a lower payment, better gas mileage, lower insurance and better warranty. I have never had a better car purchasing experience in my life, not once, when I purchased the Camaro, but twice, when they helped me out of my crisis. I will continue to return to this dealership in the future when my kids are ready and whenever I hear of a friend in need of a vehicle. These guys finally give car salesmen a good name. More
This is the worst dealership I have ever worked with in all of my car shopping experiences. They make promises they cant or wont keep. The customer service department is the absolute worst ever. My car went in for warranty work 6...yes 6 times for the same thing. The manager finally screamed and me and told me if I didn't like their work to take it somewhere else. I contacted the corporate office for Hyundai. The connected me with the Regional Service Manager for the area. We met him at Deland Hyundai. My car was fixed in one visit! All Jon Hall had to do was read the Tech Bulletins that Hyundai has issed. Apparently this was too much for Jon Hall employees to handle. Hyundai Corporate said they have no control of the dealerships. Just their products. Deland Hyundai was awesome. I will drive to the otherside of the county when I need service and when it's time for a new car. Also, the staff at Jon Hall are deceptive and are untruthful. They told me multiple times that they had called the tech line for my car. When I call corporate. They had not one record on file where Jon Hall had ever called about anything on my vehilce. Yesterday, we got a call from our original sales person. He said he wanted to offer me a trade in for my car on a new 2012 for the same payment. My husband called just to see what happened. On call back, Jim said for another $100 a month or several thousand down we can get a new car. That is not the message that he left on my machine! He also said that he is certain that if we come down we can make a deal on that or another cheaper model that they have! NOT IN THIS LIFETIME!!! I will never step foot on Jon Hall property again! I must say I am extremely pleased with the quality of service i have received from this dealership. I purchased a 2012 Hyundai sonata limited with a little mileage on it. My husband had been in a car accident, totaling our vehicle and we went to Hyundai looking to replace our vehicle. We went to another dealership and they couldn't help us. He looked over the inventory at what would best suit us in our price range and was able to match us with a Mazda 6, the same car we had lost in the accident. Lee was extremely helpful and courteous and went above and beyond to help us find exactly what was right for us. We,Eileen-Deirdre-Manda and myself Myron Hammond spent serveral days @ different local Dealerships looking for a new vehicle for Eileen,my mother. This I stated to each sales person we met,some never even came up to us until we were leaving, would be my moms first and probably last new vehicle and we stated what she wanted to each sales person. When arriving @ Jon Hall Hyundai,Lee Richardson met us & asked what we were interested in to which we stated as before to other Sales personal. Mr. Richardson took us to an Elantra which was fully loaded and was very impressive so was the price. Between Lee Richardson and the Finance Mgr. @ the time went out of their way to make my mother happy on HER very first and probably last purchase. They came off the price of the loaded Elantra in stock to match what they were going to order for her. MY sisters & I were shocked and Mr. Richardson was very well versed on product knowledge of all different products for comparsion of vehicles. we purchased the vehicle thanks to Lee Richardson and the Finance Mgr. knowledge and attitude.
