Jeff Spense fixed EVERYTHING! We bought a brand-new Dodge Ram in December. We brought it in to have a hitch installed a few days later. When we got there to pick up the truck the We bought a brand-new Dodge Ram in December. We brought it in to have a hitch installed a few days later. When we got there to pick up the truck the bumper was scratched (obviously was dropped).... we were told we were getting a brand-new one in a week per Vanessa. After PATIENTLY waiting for a week no call from Vanessa. We called again and was misinformed again by Vanessa. Very upset we drove to Daytona Dodge. Spoke with Vanessa (big mistake) again.....was promised we would get a call that evening or first thing in the morning. Next day of course no call, so we drove there again and spoke to the Service Manager Jeff Spence. Immediately he sent one of his guys to pick up the bumper we were promised two weeks prior. Jeff not only was professional but got the job done! More

He was considerate, respectful, and did everything he could to make me happy, which is not always an easy task. Eric is far more than a salesman. He turns your negative thoughts of car dealerships into positive experiences. I am extremely happy with my purchase on the 2014 Jeep Compass. Don't go here, you'll buy a vehicle if you do! When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Eric Hurd, the best sales and leasing agent there is, he was personally detailing the RAM Laramie I When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Eric Hurd, the best sales and leasing agent there is, he was personally detailing the RAM Laramie I was interested in and had it pulled upfront waiting on my arrival. Eric went over every detail about the truck on my test drive and I knew I had to have it before I pulled back into the dealership. A week later I came back to the dealership because they offer FREE car washes to their customers. Eric saw my truck waiting for a temporarily out of service car wash and came out of his office to ask me how I was loving my purchase, if I had any problems, and if he could hand wash my truck because the car wash was going to be another 30 minutes before it would be back in service. I thought he was going to have someone else wash my truck so I agreed. I realized after he drove around back that I had the key fab in my pocket still. When I walked around back I saw Eric in his suite and tie, minus the jacket, hand washing my truck. The customer service with Eric Hurd doesn't stop after you drive off with your new vehicle. He went above and beyond to make me a very satisfied customer and highly recommend him to anyone car shopping. More
Not happy purchased a 2013 used vehicle .vehicle had to go back to service to get new tires . when they call me the first time that they had my tires in and I purchased a 2013 used vehicle .vehicle had to go back to service to get new tires . when they call me the first time that they had my tires in and I went there to have them put on No one knew what was going on they didn't have the tires ready but yet they call me to come in. The second time I came in for the tires again as agreed they gave me a loaner and said I need to return with same amount of gas and I did .However my own vehicle that was dropped off for service someone had put 6 miles nobody even told me that they were going to drive my vehicle I noticed it by the miles ,when I rolled into the dealership I had 16 996 when I drove off the dealership I had 17002 where did they drive to ? No one even called me to say that the car was ready. I had to come over there close to closing time to find out that the vehicle was ready however the detail wasn't done the way was supposed to be done they took off the D calls and left still the residue on the vehicle where the stickers were on. I asked them to take off the shiny off the engine they didn't do it the first time they forgot . So they ran it in the car wash to do it after that all the sand was all over the vehicle ,so what was the purpose of detailing the vehicle was not a happy would not recommend to anyone. It was almost like sales guy made his money whenever happen afterwords whatever promises were given that were not delivered. The sales guy never even called to apologize why he didn't call me to let me know that the vehicle was ready or even why he did or did not call to let me know that the vehicle was ready is not happy not a good customer service will not buy from here again. More
