Wanted to share with you our truly awful experience during an Oil Change Service on Monday, June 20, 2022. We have been servicing our vehicle at the Express Lane since 2018 and although the staff va during an Oil Change Service on Monday, June 20, 2022. We have been servicing our vehicle at the Express Lane since 2018 and although the staff varied, they were always proficient, systematic and professional. We were in need of a new Oil Change package to replace a previously purchased/expired one. The following is how our visit transpired: *We were in for an Oil Change. Asked for info/pricing on a new package to replace our 3yr/5 changes *Service Writer spoke so lowly I could not understand him (had to ask twice to speak louder) *Service Writer insisted there was no such program requiring me to look into my doc's but still insisted there never was a 3yr/5 change program (much later he did admit to my husband, that there was but no longer offered) *He proceeded to obtain VIN/mileage from vehicle to ensure it was still eligible for a program *He advised me it was and began looking up the plans *Technician drives our vehicle into the bay *My husband comes into the office area asking what is happening i.e. price, program etc *I expressed not sure because I did not have a price yet. I expressed 2 more times that work should not begin since we had not agreed on price or program *Service Writer without speaking to me, jumped up and yelled into the Bay area to pull the car out (because we had not agreed to service yet) *At this point the entire experience is being inflamed by lack of professionalism and we did leave *Because we have an extended Warranty with Mopar for this Vehicle, my husband prefers to have it maintained here and went back into the office trying to obtain package info. *3 yr/4 change package was chosen and paid for *Vehicle goes back into the bay (technician a little vocally snitty that we changed our mind - ironic considering service bays were empty and no one was in line. *Service completed vehicle brought around for pick up. Husband went back in Office to obtain our Inspection Report and was told it was emailed (email still not received). We do not have a way of printing and asked also for hard copy. Our previous experience has always been (I repeat always been) the Service Writer goes over the Report with us before we left. *I went back into office to see what was taking so long and learned the Service Writer was manually writing the report which he was none too happy about. *Further inflaming this experience, he barks out that they email it and 'the Customer' has to request hard copy instead of email. In retrospect, I always remember the Service Writer asking these questions when they write up the Service Order; he again was not happy when I said 'it was his Job to ask us'. *Returning to car we noticed it was not Washed. I returned to the office and again was told 'they cannot wash the vehicle without Customer consent'...again my response 'it was His responsibility to ask us'. I have never seen a Service Writer handle the intake processing of a Vehicle so poorly and not cover/follow through on anything from start to finish. We have had such congenial experiences in the past at this location even though the staff was often different every time we came in. This time I certainly hope for a change of personnel before my next service as right now, sadly, I wish I did not purchase a program that locked me into this location for 3 years. More
I have had excellent luck with the sales side of this dealership but the service side consistently disappoints. The last two service visits on my Rubicon they have stained my passenger seat likely by pla dealership but the service side consistently disappoints. Whats even worse this time they tried to gouge me badly and did not address the issue I brought the vehicle in for. The terrible service department may force me to travel further away for my next vehicle purchase/lease. More

We are extremely pleased and very appreciative of the service that Sarkis provided us in our purchase of a 2021 Ram Laramie. We found a vehicle on-line, and because we live in Cape Coral, we could not vi service that Sarkis provided us in our purchase of a 2021 Ram Laramie. We found a vehicle on-line, and because we live in Cape Coral, we could not visit the dealership in person to see the truck. Sarkis went out of his way to personally walk us - via telephone - all around the vehicle and described it perfectly. We made a deposit that evening and drove to Daytona the next day to complete the sale. Sarkis met us in the parking lot and helped us test drive the truck and to explain all the features. We completed the deal and were/are really happy and satisfied with the whole process. We highly recommend Sarkis and Daytona Dodge if you are in the market for a new vehicle. More

I did everything else over the phone and when I got to the dealer they had all the paper work ready for me to sign, and no surprise numbers, everything was just as we agree.. I will recommend it and for sure come back to by my husbands car from them. I had an 11am service appointment, I arrived a few minutes early and my service rep was waiting, had all the paperwork done. Handed her my keys and waiting in the customer lounge.
