I brought my 2014 Dodge Challenger in to get an estimate for break replacement and to find out what a clunking noise was. They said it would take 3 hours to do a diagnosis on it. So less than two hours la for break replacement and to find out what a clunking noise was. They said it would take 3 hours to do a diagnosis on it. So less than two hours later they called and said the estimate was already at over 5 THOUSAND dollars and their technician didn't even take the car for a drive to hear the noise because supposedly the breaks were to unsafe to drive the car. When they brought the car out to me the person driving it, pulled the emergency brake to release it and pulled the whole casing out with it! I had to call them several times to get it fixed. They never called and when I finally just showed up to make an appointment, they had the car for 2 days and never got it done. I stopped by last night and asked them to have the car out front because I was picking it up today. When I arrived at 11:30 it was not up front, but still out back. The communication with this dealership is terrible. They charged us over 600 hundred dollars to do an evaluation which they didn't even do technically, We are still waiting on our emergency brake cable to be fixed which wont be until the new year. I highly recommend you NEVER deal with this dealership. Communication is free and respectful, yet they NEVER reached out to us to explain what was going on with our vehicle. More
