AWESOME DEALERSHIP! Before I took my Jeep to Daytona- I had taken it to a dealer in my own back yard just 2 miles from my house. I had a warranty issue to resolve. Because I did not buy it there- they would not help me in Service. And he told me the part wouldn't be covered, because COVID changed alot of things from the factory side of things.....SERIOUSLY?!!? I was so disturbed I called Jeep Customer Service to explain what happened & of course they told me I can take my Jeep to any Dealer in the U.S to get serviced. I drove in to Daytona CDJR - was immediately greeted in the service drive with a smiling face to ask the reason for my visit. Once I did he went in and got me connected with Service Advisor Paul Swartout. Paul listened to my situation, ordered the broken part & set me up for the following week to address a mechanical issue as well. He was friendly, polite, efficient and I genuinely appreciated such an amazing level of customer service!! Will recommend Daytona CDJR to anyone who has a Jeep!
