I bought a new Dodge truck it had a minor issue when purchased, more of a training issue on my part. when bought to my attention of my salesman he made an appointment three days out. I arrived at my appointed time and was told that it couldn't be fixed then and I would have to make another appointment. Fortunately a sales person was able to show how to properly adjust my problem and solved the issue. Today after making appointment for an alignment on my new truck I was told int would take 24 to 48 hours to fix. Although I was offered a rental, that would not have worked with my plans. At this point I am so frustrated I would never had purchased this truck from this dealer due to the service department. More
I needed to take my 2019 Ram 1500 in for a problem with the center console screen and made an appointment on the phone for a date and time. I went and Jimmy Zeimet was my service tech who met me and looked the center console screen and made an appointment on the phone for a date and time. I went and Jimmy Zeimet was my service tech who met me and looked at the problem. After a short time he was able to let me know the part would be ordered and he would let me know when it came in, which he did and I am now waiting on the installation. Jimmy was very professional and helped with my issue. More

Had Jeep towed here after battery died. Told me I needed an appointment - so I made one for next day. The following day they won’t return my calls or give an update. Eventually spoke to service rep at end of day who told it could be up to 48 hrs before they could look at the car. And then told me 150 cars to service ahead of me. So clearly did not want my business. Eventually got the Jeep fixed with new batteries the next day. 2nd bad experience here - not coming back. More
