This is the 3rd new car I have purchased from this dealer. I have purchased 2 cars thru Justin. He is knowledgable on the product and is not a high pressure salesman. At least, not until I stepped into Dayton Toyota Scion on Route 130! I was greeted by a very polite and quite frankly.....FRIENDLY Sales-person by the name of Kiki (how could I forget his name...LOL!) and from start to finish I was taken care of like a King in his own Castle. The other Sales Reps were friendly too, as well as the Service Dept. (that Kiki introduced me to during his Sales Process). everything is great until the deal is made and the car's been paid..let's hope you bought new or certifed since only then are any car problems taken care of since real guarantees/warranties exist...as for u been paid..let's hope you bought new or certifed since only then are any car problems taken care of since real guarantees/warranties exist...as for used cars and not certified or even worse, not Toyota....anything that you think the dealership should fix that has gone wrong, regardless of any guarantee given...it be out of their pocket and it will not happen...stay clear of dealership if shopping for a used car...
