I am extremely un satisified with this dealership. And I I am extremely un satisified with this dealership. And I have very bad experience. 1. The employees in this dealership are not co-operative amo I am extremely un satisified with this dealership. And I have very bad experience. 1. The employees in this dealership are not co-operative among them selves. One day my sales person was using other employee's phone & Computer. The other employee is arguing about the use of the phone in front of me. I thought did not these guys have common sense on how to behave infornt of customers. 2. They are not time conscious. One day they gave me appointment at 7:30PM, and they made me to wait till 8:15PM. 3. The old person with glasses (I think he is boss of my sales person), he is very rude. He does not know how to negotiate with people. "If you don't want to buy here you can just leave." These were his words. 5. The only reason for my purchase at this dealership is Dan. He answered all my questions promptly, and he is polite to me, friendly and reachable. More
To Whom this may concern, I have been to many To Whom this may concern, I have been to many Dealerships before and I must admit, that I have never been properly greeted by anyone until I met my To Whom this may concern, I have been to many Dealerships before and I must admit, that I have never been properly greeted by anyone until I met my sales associate Kiki. To tell you the truth, THAT...is the ONLY reason I even considered coming back and buying the car there, was truly because of that Salesman. The first time I met him, he told me there was no rush in making a purchase and that when I am ready for the car, he would be ready to sell it to me. Kiki answered all of my questions and then we made an appointment for me to come back. The best part for me was that he even came in on his day off to help me out. NO ONE I know has ever had a Salesperson do that for them. Once I drove home with my new car, I realized that I left a couple of articles in my trade-in, before I even picked up the phone to call the dealership. Kiki already had left me a message on my answering machine, telling me that he had placed all of my items in a box and that he had it put aside for me. He made it a complete pleasure for me and I will most certainly recommend all of my friends to come to Dayton Toyota and ONLY ask for him. Good day! More

I was looking for a Toyota Vehicle. I was not sure what car I wanted to purchase. I visited few Toyota dealership among them Dayton Toyota. When I walked in it was pouring rain. I was greeted professionall car I wanted to purchase. I visited few Toyota dealership among them Dayton Toyota. When I walked in it was pouring rain. I was greeted professionally and offered coffee. Initially I asked Patrick to show me RAV4. However on the floor I saw Venza and I immediately liked to car. Patrick showed me the car he was very well versed on all the features about the vehicle. Mostly what I liked was unlike many other dealerships that they did not force me to purchase the car. I left the dealership with a promise to come back after doing some research on the vehicle. Patrick made a follow up call and I did go back. Again, Patrick was very professional and courteous in dealing with me. We negotiated the price. When price was set, all the paper work was done within an hour. Omar went over all the documents and made me aware of various options available to purchase. I was able to drive the car home that day. Dealership appearance was professional, Service area was exceptionally clean, playing area for kids and a TV lounge was also available. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a Toyota vehicle. More
One experience that was a bit strange was that I had looked up the dealer inventory and knew to expect the car I had seen on the dealer inventory online. When I got to the dealership and asked for the m looked up the dealer inventory and knew to expect the car I had seen on the dealer inventory online. When I got to the dealership and asked for the make, model and transmission I was interested in I was initially told it was not available. Dealerships should probably be more aware of their published (online) inventory. Also, the dealer website has a pop up pushing a coupon for used cars. It appears on every page of the site which was particularly annoying and irrelevant when I was in the new car sections of the site. Customers in general know what they are looking for. Other than that it was a great experience -- I've been a toyota owner for 14 years and will happily buy toyotas for the car even after this new one. More
Justin was an absolutely great person to work with. He was friendly, got us what we wanted and was pleasant to work with. Was not planning on trading inmy car at that moment, but as he said "You won't be was friendly, got us what we wanted and was pleasant to work with.
