Quite simply--it was a pleasure--from first visit to showroom, to trade-in to picking up the car. We have recently Purchased a 2007 Scion for our daughter Ashley and we have also leased a RAV 4 for myself. We feel that we did receive great deals on both cars and are extremely appreciative. I have to thank Dave for all his help and also for referring us to Randy who was more than helpful and so professional but at the same time so personable as well as accomodating. We were so pleased with his services. We were also fortunate to have Max as our follow-up salesperson. He was a pleasure and a breath of fresh air!! I can tell Max has a bright future. He was more than helpful and he has a great personality. He was a great down-to-earth young man. That in itself is a great compliment - it is in my book anyway. The experience at Dayton Toyota was fantastic - We will look no further when we need any vehicle in our family. I will for sure recommend Dayton Toyota to all of my friends. i have had other cars and each time i got a new or used care i felt that i was simply being cheated. i was advised a few years ago to go to dayton toyota but did not saying to myself that they all weret care i felt that i was simply being cheated. i was advised a few years ago to go to dayton toyota but did not saying to myself that they all werethe same just out to take you to the cleaners. but i moved into the area near dayton toyota a few month ago and needing a new car even though i still had an outstanding balance on my 06 sienna decided to give dayton a call. i set up an appointment with dan greco. my intention was to just talk with the sales person and find out just what could be done to help. the more i explained to him how it would be ok if they could not take my old car and sell me a new one the more he said just let me see- let me speak with my managers and see what can be done--they looked my old car over checked my credit and i don't know what else but by the time dan came back out to me i was told to pick out the car. everyone that i came in contact with were just so kind- being a christian i wanted to shout but i waited until i got home to do that. i was introduced to people in the service department and everyone that came by the desk that i was seated at made me feel special they all smiled and spoke--everyone that i had to do paperwork with were very patient with me i was fighting so hard not to just start crying in that place. i could go on and on but i want---if you are looking for a car and don't get it i believe you would not feel bad about if you went to dayton toyota because that is just how at ease they all make you feel-- keep up the work you guys and be blessed all of you. b. thompson More
The sale person Diana was very helpful as soon as we walk through that door and she tried to do everything for me to get that car with low APR. I have used Dayton toyota for almost 4 years now.. bought my Scion TC and now my Corolla. The people there are so very courteous and friendly, couldn't ask for a better staff. Over the years of purchasing cars, I have dealt with dealerships and found most of them very rude and once the vehicle was purchased, they more or less didn't want to know you, maybe this is a little sarcastic, but that's how I felt about them. At Dayton Toyota you are treated with the utmost respect and everything is explained to you in detail by the service department, telling you what you need or don't need right away. The sales people are also in the same category as the sdervice department, NO pushing you or rushing you into buying a car, all at your own pace. More
Diana was great. Not pushy and easy to talk to. I never expect anyone sales rep to know everything about every issue and with Diana she never tried to xxxxxxxx her way through anything. If she didn't know the answer to a question about the car, the loan or whatever she ask if she could be excused to find out the answers then inform me of the answer. Diana is a class act and I would not hesitate to suggest her to people interested in buying a car. I also felt the Finance person was extremely helpful and not pushy either. The managers were good people also... The reason I didn't give a GREAT marking on the price is due to always wanting more...and let's face it the more I get the more I want. I understand that you have to make money but I want to get the best price ever. No worries though! THANKS!! More

I am extremely un satisified with this dealership. And I I am extremely un satisified with this dealership. And I have very bad experience. 1. The employees in this dealership are not co-operative amo I am extremely un satisified with this dealership. And I have very bad experience. 1. The employees in this dealership are not co-operative among them selves. One day my sales person was using other employee's phone & Computer. The other employee is arguing about the use of the phone in front of me. I thought did not these guys have common sense on how to behave infornt of customers. 2. They are not time conscious. One day they gave me appointment at 7:30PM, and they made me to wait till 8:15PM. 3. The old person with glasses (I think he is boss of my sales person), he is very rude. He does not know how to negotiate with people. "If you don't want to buy here you can just leave." These were his words. 5. The only reason for my purchase at this dealership is Dan. He answered all my questions promptly, and he is polite to me, friendly and reachable. More

To tell you the truth, THAT...is the ONLY reason I even considered coming back and buying the car there, was truly because of that Salesman. The first time I met him, he told me there was no rush in making a purchase and that when I am ready for the car, he would be ready to sell it to me. Kiki answered all of my questions and then we made an appointment for me to come back. The best part for me was that he even came in on his day off to help me out. NO ONE I know has ever had a Salesperson do that for them. Once I drove home with my new car, I realized that I left a couple of articles in my trade-in, before I even picked up the phone to call the dealership. Kiki already had left me a message on my answering machine, telling me that he had placed all of my items in a box and that he had it put aside for me. He made it a complete pleasure for me and I will most certainly recommend all of my friends to come to Dayton Toyota and ONLY ask for him. Good day! More
