Our salesman was Jeffrey Marcus. He did an excellent job leading us to our final sale price, being sure we were happy and satisfied. We came back to Dayton Toyota after having bought a 2002 Avalon bra job leading us to our final sale price, being sure we were happy and satisfied. We came back to Dayton Toyota after having bought a 2002 Avalon brand new from them. The dealership is outstanding in all aspects, but most notably we feel a caring and professional atmosphere at all times. The service department is also outstanding and knowing that made our choice an even easier one. We did go to a dealership closer to our home to compare. I did not feel the same there, even though they were friendly and took time with us. We were never even offered a chance to test drive their car! Jeffrey took us out in both the Avalon sedan and Avalon Limited. Knowing how the cars drove really was a big factor in our returning and buying from Dayton. Every effort was made to deal with an issue with our trade-in and to give us a fair price on our new purchase. Finally, we left with our new car feeling we made the right decision in staying with Dayton Toyota and would recommend this dealership to family and friends. More
Our Salesperson was very nice until we signed on the dotted line and bought the car. This is our 3rd Prius, so we are pretty loyal Toyota customers. However, the day after the purchase, our salesman told us to come to the showroom so that he could take care of a few things for us and get a "technical" person to show me how to work the new features in the car - those that I didn't have in my last Prius. When I showed up, my salesman was too busy to talk to me. And, the person who was supposed to help me with the bluetooth system and the GPS did not really know that much about those systems. At this point, I would not buy my next car from this dealership (Dayton Toyota). My husband and I could not believe that (for the first time EVER) floor mats were not included in the price of a new car. How TACKY!! I hope this dealer's free 2-year maintenance (which I am very faithful about getting - even when I have to pay for it) is a lot better than the service we have received so far. More
I had investigated a new Rav4 online. Well, three hours later we had traded in the car brought for service for a new Rav4. I couldn't believe how smoothly everything went. We have been bringing our Toyotas (old Rav4 and Highlander)to Dayton since we moved into the area. My husband had always had contact with the people. This was the first time I had come in contact with anyone associated with Dayton. I will be back and not just for service. More
I leased my first Sienna at Dayton Toyota three years ago. When I walked into the show room I was not pressured or stalked. When I was ready, after looking at several vehicles, I approached Jeff and he showed me several vehicles that fit my needs. No pressure, no hassles. I was able to look around at my leisure. When I settled on what I wanted, the paper work was quickly completed and I had a pleasant interview with the financial person about the loan agreement. When my lease was up after the three years I called Jeff. I told him by phone what I was looking for in a new vehicle. By the time I drove to Dayton Toyota, the car I wanted was prepared and the papework was ready. I looked over the vehicle and Jeff gave me a demonstration about how everything worked. I signed the paperwork and drove out with my new vehicle in less than one hour. I was also impressed with the especially clean salesroom and service facility. Coffee and doughnuts were available in the waiting area which was also very clean. The restroon and was equally spotless. Before I left with my new Sienna I was given a business card by the sales manager and I was told that, if I had any problems, I could call him directly. I will surely be back in three years for my next new vehicle. More
This Venza is the 7th car I have bought from the Dayton Dealership. I have always had a great experience with sales and service here. This was our first experience with this dealer and salesman, Bill Barton. We knew exactly what we wanted in a new Highlander and were determined to get it right down to the exterior and interior colors. Although they had several Highlanders on their lot, none quite matched our list of preferences. Bill tried to interest us in one vehicle on their lot that was close to what we wanted, but in the end he found exactly what we wanted at another dealership and gave us what I considered to be a very good price. We never felt the usual high pressure that comes with a new car purchase and Bill made the entire experience from the test drive to the drive home with our new Highlander a very pleasant experience. Mr. Nappa---Hi, I would like to take a few minutes to give credit where credit is due. I spent several weeks looking for a car to buy and after getting "mugged" and hard selled at several dealerships I d give credit where credit is due. I spent several weeks looking for a car to buy and after getting "mugged" and hard selled at several dealerships I decided to take the ride of 1 1/2 hrs. to Dayton after looking at your inventory online as well as your great reviews. My long ride was well worth the trip. I can say with certainty that I was able to save thousands of dollars and drive out with a car I am extremely happy with and had been priced out of at other dealers. Jeffery your salesman couldn't have been nicer. He had 4-5 cars waiting for me to test drive after I told him what I was coming to look at. I drove 3 and chose a Highlander that I feel was a great bargain. It was considerably cheaper, cleaner and was just better all around than other Highlanders I looked at at other Toyota dealers. It was a no pressure relaxed buying experience, quite different than my previous experiences with other dealers.
