Rob helped us with our Corolla Sport purchase. We had orginally went to DCH of Freehold and after haggling back and forth (they would not budge much at all) we decided to leave. The same day we came to Dayton and met Rob, we told Rob that we were already at DCH and we kept haggling back and forth and we really do not want to do that again. We had a price that we wanted to pay (very reasonable) and we signed the deal within 15 mins of arriving all the dealership. This is all because of Rob's professionalism and honesty. Rob DiFranco is a valueable asset to Dayton and we look forward to dealing with Rob and Dayton in the future! More

Saleswoman was up from and responsive. The sale was timely. I just wish you had model I wanted in color I wanted with Navigation. While the saleswoman and manager were friendly it was very difficult to negotiate the price of the car. At times I was ready to walk out because I was frustrated by the responses that were given to when very difficult to negotiate the price of the car. At times I was ready to walk out because I was frustrated by the responses that were given to when I showed the salespeople the True Car certificate prices from other Toyota dealerships. I didn't and I still don't feel the amount of haggling should have been necessary during an advertised clearance event. While waiting to take delivery of my new car I could not help but over hear other customers who were with other salesmen and seemed to be going through the same hassle. More

I feel that everyone we met from the moment we walked into the dealership met that expectation. I truly thought I was going to test drive and go home to think about it. Instead I drove away happy and thrilled with my new car! In reviewing the list of names above, I see Gene, who helped us through the purchase/lease decision. However, I do not not see listed Omar from Finance paperwork. Omar also went beyond simple gregarious service to ensure that we received all the answers to our questions and helped us finish the process. He even offered our hungry 10 year old half of his sandwich since it was far pat lunch and she was having a hard time with the delays. More

my mother and i went in only to ask a question. We got directed to Rob, and well, well went home with a car. Rob made finding my mom the car she wanted very easy. we came in and told him what she was loo directed to Rob, and well, well went home with a car. He went through and showed us the entire car, and made a deal with the price as well. all while being extremely helpfull and friendly. He made sure we understood everything and repeated it again if we needed him too. He then went over prices with me for a car i was thinking about and i went back the next day to get it. Rob was very easy to deal with and made this process super easy, along with the other staff that helped us along the way! My family has now bought 11 Toyota's from this dealership, and will continue to come back! More

We were looking for a new Toyota Tacoma with very specific options, but none were available. Paul Cifaldi showed us a Certified Pre-owned 2010 Tacoma that was loaded with the options we want, even mo specific options, but none were available. Mike Hart helped us with trading in not only our 2003 Subaru Baja, but also our 2003 Mazda Miata. Dave Oshry gave the final word on an incredible deal, and while it took a while to negotiate an agreement, it was the most pleasant car-buying experience we ever had. Dealing with Paul, Mike & Dave felt like hanging out with old friends. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking to buy a new or used car or truck. More
