Pleasant Experience I went to the dealership to look and possibly buy a used Ford F 150 that was for sale. I was immediately asked by Jeffrey Marcus if I needed assistanc I went to the dealership to look and possibly buy a used Ford F 150 that was for sale. I was immediately asked by Jeffrey Marcus if I needed assistance. I advised him what I was looking to do and he started the process. There was no pressure of any kind trying to sell me a Toyota rather than the Ford I was after. I was treated just as good as if I was buying a Toyota. A deal was able to be negotiated with the Ford and I was in and out very quickly. This was a pleasant , no pressure hassle free experience. Brian Hynan from finance was great to deal with as well. I was lucky to have a salesman named John Szmigiel. He listened to all of my concerns and had the patience to go through... repairing, new purchase and leasing. I had never leased before and he explained every aspect of it to me. I knew going in that I had some unrealistic expectations, but he helped me through the whole process. I left very, very happy with a Certified Used Car and payments I can easily afford. I got their late and he stayed about 3 hours later than he had expected without rushing me through any part of the process. I love this dealership for their service department's ethics which I've experience for the past 7 years and now I would not hesitate to recommend this salesperson to anyone. No high pressure sales. He listened to what I needed/wanted and worked with that. THANK YOU, John! More

Only 1 in stock but just right I drove 30 miles to Dayton Toyota because they had just one 2017 Prius 4 in inventory and there were none closer. We walked in in the late afternoon and were greeted by Jeffrey Marcus. He confirmed that the car was indeed in inventory and stepped out to find it. We took a test drive and decided to purchase the car. The negotiation was straightforward and as painless as possible. The finance guy Brian Hyneman was efficient and worked hard to find the right payment. Just a few hours after stopping to in I drove off the lot with a new car! More

In 2010 we got our first vehicle from Dayton Toyota and we just drove home our 4th car Wednesday evening. Dealing with this dealership is especially easy....no pressure...no repeated deal making visits by the sales manager....just helpful suggestions and guidance from our salesman, Dan Greco. (The salesman who sold us our last car, Brian Hyneman is now a finance manager) And lets not forget the service department that is, far and away, the easiest and most efficient I have ever dealt with....especially if you make an appointment for your service...we'll be back. Salesman was good, the rest was average I went to have service on my car, and wandered around the showroom and used car area on an off for over 2 hours. No one bothered to say hi or offered helped when I was interested in a used car. On a final walkthrough, Mr. Bharat Shah greeted me nicely and asked if I could help. I explained my interest in a used car. Throughout the process Mr. Shah acknowledged that I had done my research and that it all came down to price. Mr. Shah worked to get the best possible price for the newer car and my trade in. It was an easy sale for Mr. Shah that any of the other salesmen could have had hours early if they even said hi. More
