15,000 Mile service Made my appointment at 3:00 pm for 4:00. came in at 4pm was told it would take about an hour. got my car back a 4:55 pm. What more can you ask for. Stressfree Buying Experience! I have been looking for months for a used car. nothing was clicking and some of the dealerships were down right scary to go into. saw a used car at D I have been looking for months for a used car. nothing was clicking and some of the dealerships were down right scary to go into. saw a used car at DAYTON TOYOTA. so went to look at it. my sales associate was DAN GRECO. when I came in, he made my friend and I feel very welcome and at ease. (so stressful buying a car) everything went so smooth though. took the car for a test drive. made them an offer. they accepted. went home with the car that night! didn't even have a check to give them. (didn't think I would be buying that night) Dan made everything so simple and clear. he was very polite the entire time. very professional as well. Jason Perschetz (finance manager) got me a great rate on financing. explained to me all the options I could purchase at the time of closing. I declined all of them. however there was never any hard sell or pressure to buy anything. The whole process from buying to finance was as simple and stress free as you can get!! I highly recommend this dealership and see DAN GRECO! Thanks Katrina More
