We were lucky enough to have Justin meet us at the door - he was friendly, courteous, and professional and we felt we could work with him. He was a pleasure to deal with from the test drive to walking out the door with our new car. Paul Cifaldi came out to thank us for our return business which was appreciated. More importantly weeks after my purchase I had an issue. I contacted the dealership and it was handled immediately. Having bought many vehicles over the years I was pleasantly surprised that the service didn't stop after the sale! I'm hoping the service department will be as pleasurable as the Sales experience. From the time you drive into the service area, you will be treated with courtesy, including two comfortable waiting rooms, morning coffee, and pastries. The service on your car will be professional, thorough, and efficient. At the end, your advisor will show you on the bill what has been done, including 21-point safety inspection at no charge. Gotta love it! More

It also helps to know that whenever I am at your dealership their is never any pushy nonsense from anyone and I leave feeling that your company is about communicating with the customer; fairness in pricing, honesty, accuracy and getting the job done in a timely matter. I am impressed that you have had the same staff in the service area for many years. Tom K., Ron R. in the Service Area and Fred L. who have worked on my car many times are very much appreciated and always greet me with a friendly smile and good conversation; not just about how the car is running but also how I am doing. Jeffrey Marcus and Tom Dooley , both are kind and professional and I feel in good hands whenever I am considering purchasing a new vehicle. Also you maintain a pristine showroom and waiting area as well as bathrooms. And it's nice to know when running late there will be a warm drink and refreshments. I do however miss the computer room in the shop area.....I just assumed was unavailable when there last week ; if it is not......any chance it will return? Need I say more.......I can think of no better dealership !! Dayton Toyota has my irrevocable recommendation. Very Bad Customer Service My wife has 2016 Highlander (has only 18000 miles), scheduled an appointment to check the windshield washer fluid was not coming out from the nozzles, My wife has 2016 Highlander (has only 18000 miles), scheduled an appointment to check the windshield washer fluid was not coming out from the nozzles, the assistant service manager (Alberto Alvarez) asked her to pay $130 diagnostic fee before doing anything, she told him the car still under the warranty, he said no you have to pay in a very aggressive manner, then she said I’ll call Toyota he said we don’t care here’s my business card please do. So we went to another Toyota dealer they fixed in no time and without asking for any fee!! I don’t recommend this dealer for any one of my family and friends. More
