While the Financing portion of the process went very quickly (Note; last time was a very very long process) it was definitely too much of a hard sell to purchase the upgrade packages. The Finance person (Believe his name was Jason) actually challenged us asking "How much do you spend when you go out for dinner" to almost make us feel like we waste our money on other things as opposed to adding the upgrades. A real turnoff after a great experience with Justin. More
