They do what needs to be done I have leased the last four cars I've needed, and had them serviced at Dayton. He makes you feel relaxed and is very understanding that buying a new car can be a hard thing for anyone. He put me at ease and as we got into the talking points, I was convinced that I was going to buy the car. We agreed on a very fair price and we sealed the deal. Another gentleman who also impressed me was the Financial Service Manager Jason. Death and Life My 2007 Prius from Dayton Toyota with regular maintenance and 129,000 miles had sudden appearance of engine warning lights - within 24 hours was told My 2007 Prius from Dayton Toyota with regular maintenance and 129,000 miles had sudden appearance of engine warning lights - within 24 hours was told that major repairs were needed and was not worth fixing. In case that would be the outcome, we looked briefly at a new Prius with Justin Astrin that day and after discussion at home, etc. came back two days later and bought a new Prius LE with AWD and safety features not available on a used one we were also considering. Although we would have been happier to get some more tradein value to the old Prius, our experience with Justin and Dayton Toyota was excellent. More

Although I did not have an appointment, the service was quick and efficient. The results of the checkup were explained to me as were future recommendations. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Only one recommendation - because I have a bike rack on my RAV4, I couldn’t have a car wash. Would have loved at least a partial car wash. More
