I recently purchased new tires and while they were attentive calling and sending texts regarding their service this stopped when I raised an issue. I received a text seeking feedback on service quality and I responded by advising that the rims on all 4 wheels were scratched from removal of the old tires and mounting the new tires. I included photos of this however never received an acknowledgement or response to the issue. More

Respect, patience and courtesy are given to customers I had been shopping for a 2019 Tundra TRD Pro for months and was ready to buy a used Tundra Platinum when I was paired with David Serrania. David hear I had been shopping for a 2019 Tundra TRD Pro for months and was ready to buy a used Tundra Platinum when I was paired with David Serrania. David heard of my experiences dealing with other dealerships and was willing to work with me. The negotiations went very smoothly and the deal was struck. They wanted me to take the truck the same day of the deal but I was surprised to still get it prepped and ready to go the next day. I love this truck and its looks. It drinks gas as expected but it is reliable. More
