CUSTOMER DELIGHT IS THE AIM The short answer is I like doing business with Dayton Toyota. Over the years I've purchased 5 new Toyota vehicles from Dayton Toyota -- three 4Runners The short answer is I like doing business with Dayton Toyota. Over the years I've purchased 5 new Toyota vehicles from Dayton Toyota -- three 4Runners and two LandCruisers. People on the Sales side were always professional, accommodating, eager-to-please, and the price was always where it needed to be to make a fair deal. Similarly, the Service Department is very easy to work with. There are NO price surprises nor extraneous charges. Charges for all services are made crystal clear prior to the work being performed. Appointments are easily scheduled, Service Managers are welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and accommodating. Special Recognition to Jyoti Restrepo and to Hazel Otarola, who most recently oversaw the service performed on our 6th Toyota. In my direct experience, the Service Technicians have completed the job(s) properly and when promised. My only' "Could-Do-Better" suggestion is to change the channel on the television in the Waiting Room to FOX Business or CNBC. More

He made buying a new car so easy. He was so calm and collected. It didn't take long before we close the deal. Dealing with David was a pleasure! Brian Hyneman is a pro in his field. He thoroughly explained all the options available to us and made a few suggestions. David and Brian worked together to help us get a lower car insurance coverage which we all know is much higher than the cost of monthly payment of the car. That's teamwork at it's best. Kudos to David Serrania and Brian Hyneman! More
Overcharged The manager did not informed me of what it would cost to check out the noise on my tires. The representative seem to be a new employee. I was charged $192.09 for rotation of my tires and to inform me that my tires are worn down on the edges. To leave the dealership with almost $200 less in my pocket and the only work that was done was the rotation of my tires seems to be very expensive. It was $140 to tell me that my tires are worn. It was $29.95 for inspection & rotation of tires. It was $10.20 supplies/disposal, which I don't know what was disposed because I only had tires rotated It was $11.94 tax $192.09 and I only had a tire rotation. More

I had to come in because my leased vehicle was already up to the maximum mileage and I still had about ten payments left. So I traded my current Rav4 XLE for the Rav4 LE. Toyota put So many more added features into the XLE that I got priced out. In hindsight, I believe I could have gotten a much better deal. The dealership made it seem that they were going to eat my 10 payments left on my lease, But in fact I paid for them by putting $3000 down which is the exact amount of what I had left to pay on my old lease. More
