Going back for more Great service. I travel a lot and have been to many Toyota dealers in many States for scheduled service. Dayton Toyota is the best I've experienced. Bad service I saw a car online in this dealer , i went for test drive , i was asking questions about the vehicle, the sales man told me that he doesn't know anyth I saw a car online in this dealer , i went for test drive , i was asking questions about the vehicle, the sales man told me that he doesn't know anything about it , the car has accident advised the sales person about the accident he said he doesn't know and that's why i am here to check the car , i did offered to trade in and i pay the different on the price according to Kelly blue book he refused and didn't even negotiate the price he give me his hand want to me to leave ,i left the dealer couple days later a e-mails and phone calls from them asking me to come back to make a deal i was there why now anyway the next day i bought a new car from friendly dealer . 1- how you sell a car u don't even know about it 2-it look like he had a bad day , 3-Why after i left the dealer you keep calling me 4-if i didn't knew about the accident , i would of take the loss because he said no accident on the car . Service plus Update Was very please with the customer service that I received today. The rep (Alberto) was very professional and went out of his way in my opinion. Reall Was very please with the customer service that I received today. The rep (Alberto) was very professional and went out of his way in my opinion. Really appreciated that they did the regular service and update on a weekend in lieu of having to take time off work during the week to get the updated done. The dealer I purchased the car from wouldn’t do the update on the weekend. They wanted me to bring it in during the week. Which is why I looked for another dealer to do the service. Which mostly likely would have never been done. I will be going back to Dayton Toyota for my next service for sure. More
