Declining Service I have been a customer of the Dayton Toyota service department for about 10 years. I always felt they were honest about the needs for my cars. As of I have been a customer of the Dayton Toyota service department for about 10 years. I always felt they were honest about the needs for my cars. As of late, the service has been quickly declining. From repeated service suggestions (after they have already fixed and I've paid), to what appears to be "fake" issues. My tire light was on. I took the car in and they said I needed a new sensor. After getting the new sensor, the tire light went on again a week later and I woke up to a completely flat tire. I have started to take my cars outside of Toyota due to their ridiculous prices for things that my car didn't even need. Very disappointing. More

Came in to only look and bought a car I just wanted to sit in the Rav4 and Highlander to get a feel of the vehicle. Welcomed by Jeffrey Marcus who asked if he could help. I was amazed at the amount of cars that were in stock. I walked thru and found a Rav4 that fit my needs perfectly. Jeffrey took me through the purchase process, which wasn't painful, and helped me drive out with a new car. More

I find the technicians who work on the cars extremely knowledgeable and the cars are always kept in touch shape. The service staff who greet and direct cars upon entering the service garage are always polite and helpful. A special shout out to Jyoti Restrepo. We have dealt with Jyoti before with our cars. She is a model employee and should be recognized for her superb customer service skills. She goes out of her way to demonstrate patience to a middle age lady like me when explaining things and is extremely knowledgeable. I hope that you appreciate what a gem you have in her because she is the front end to your business and shines such a positive light on Dayton Toyota. More

With an appointment it took about one and a hours for an oil change. when the car was finished it had grease all over the inside of the Door and on the floor mat when returned. After working in the luxury car business for 5 years I never expected a service department to be so incompetent. I brought in my Tacoma with 1100 miles on it to have a steering problem diagnosed. To my dismay I was told that all because of a frame coating that my truck is not within factory specifications. I was told there was spray all over my belts, and they would not be able to assist. However, when I brought my truck home I put it on my lift to see if these claims were true. False. Terrible customer service. More
