This seems like a "canned" pre worded response that neither addresses the issue nor resolve the basis of the complaint. It has no benefit to anyone other than feeling like you responded. The problem was the service managers handling. So who is the team, he is the one who is leading the team. I complained directly to him on that day and he was mostly disinterested.
