Recently bought my RAM truck here from Mark Rivera! My experience on day of purchase was great! Mark guided me through the whole process making me feel comfortable and appreciated! Few weeks later I had an issue with the battery so I came by the dealership! Mark immediately greeted me with a smile. He saw my troubled looked and asked what was wrong. After sharing my dilemma with him he immediately took charge, spoke to whoever he needed to speak with and guided me once again to get this issue fixed.
