Secondly, he maintained his professionalism throughout the sales process. He had the car ready for us to test drive. He was a big help after we had completed the financial paperwork with Jeff. He went over the car & took time to explain how to set up some of the numerous options. It was almost 8pm & he showed us how & did program the radio, garage door opener and some other features Including how to use the ‘emergency key in the fob’ so we would know before leaving the car lot that we had a good understanding of how to use or set up different options. Again, he was pleasant and professional throughout the process. We would recommend him to friends or family without hesitation. Lastly, I would like to add Jeff Spinger was also professional & explained everything during the financing process. He’s very knowledgeable about this process and the extended warranty we purchased. Both of these men are assets to the dealership. Overall, we had a good experience in purchasing from this dealership. Keep up the great Customer Service!
