After visiting multiple dealerships in the Pinellas area, and being treated poorly, and made to feel as if I was being given the run around, I was left frustrated, and ready to throw in the towel. As a last ditch effort I called Dayton Andrews of St. Petersburg, and I spoke with Shea Cunniff from the Parts Dept. on the telephone. He seemed friendly, and was willing to help. He told me to come down, and he would take care of me. I reluctantly decided to give it one more shot. I thought he was great on the phone, however in person he was outstanding! Shea was very helpful. He was patient, kind, he went above & beyond, and he was extremely knowledgeable. Shea even managed to make me laugh! I will be going to him with all of my future car part needs, and I will highly recommend him to others. Shea far exceeded my expectations! I am very grateful that I found him, and this location. This was hands-down the best experience I have had at a dealership. Fernando was super sweet, helpful, and great to work with. He did not hound me at all and was very personable and left me room to really look and decide for myself what I wanted. I felt confident with my vehicle choice with his help. It felt like I was shopping with someone I could trust. I was worried about the financial part of things, but Jason was absolutely amazing. He was able to help so much with pricing (the good news kept coming) and fully understanding what I was paying for. He offered great advice in terms of payments, getting my other finances together, how it works since I am moving states and letting me sleep on the offer. My car broke down at the intersection on the day as I went to get my Jeep. Let me tell you, three of these guys (Fernando, Jason and someone else) came out and pushed my car through the light and to the dealership. Customer Service alone will have me coming back to Dayton Andrews again, even if it means traveling back to Florida just for a service and future vehicles. My best friend was also there, has had far more experience buying cars, and agreed the experience was great. She went to a different dealership (a different type of Make than offered) and mentioned that if Dayton Andrew's sold Nissan she'd only buy cars there based on service alone. :) More
