I was sold a Jeep Grand Cherokee overland after I traded my other Jeep in. This Jeep broke down 4 days after I drove it off the lot. Four days! On the side of the road. I called the dealership for help and they flat out refused. Refused! Bill, Ken and Claude are disgusting. The way they lie to you the way they treat you. I was taken advantaged of... I am telling all of my associates about this horrible dealership of men. These men just sit around lie and take advantage of women. I will also keep posting horrible reviews about this dealership in hopes that no women or individuals ever shop at this location let alone any Andrews dealership.
