When i took the tire off the brake pads were more than %75 left i don’t how they measure those 2 mm from new pads or dow to the metal 2 mm So don’t ever go to the dealer if it is not recall or you have warranty My service advisor was Joe More

Taken for a ride I took my vehicle in because it wouldn't start and instead of fixing the initial problem (which was the battery) they decided to upsell me brakes, tir I took my vehicle in because it wouldn't start and instead of fixing the initial problem (which was the battery) they decided to upsell me brakes, tires, etc. They had the vehicle for 2 days and proceeded to tell me that the battery was holding it's charge. Of course the battery is going to hold it's charge when it's not being driven around to test it. A few days later, I had to have the vehicle towed back in for the same problem (the battery) I brought it in for initially. Gary in service tries to sell me a battery for $300.00 in which $80.00 was for the labor to install the battery! Really?? Just feel as though I was taken for a ride. I ended up paying over $1100.00 for everything that was done and still my car is not running. I had the vehicle towed back to my house so that my husband can replace the battery in it. It certainly won't cost us $300.00 for a battery! More
