Mike T-Man made my buying process easy from start to finish. I had to replace a totaled Jeep Wrangler. I traded my truck in for a Jeep on 08/31/2019 they said I was financed but on 10/03/2019 they called me and said I had to bring the Jeep back because I didn’t get finance. Decent Sales Experience-Worst After the Sale Service ever UPDATED: I'm going to update the review to three stars. When I took it Monday, Mr. Bryant had the loaner waiting for us, and they had the truck back l UPDATED: I'm going to update the review to three stars. When I took it Monday, Mr. Bryant had the loaner waiting for us, and they had the truck back later that afternoon, and the steering issue appears to be corrected. Mr. Bryant stayed on it, and I appreciate his efforts, but I should not have had to escalate to the manager...all that had to happen was for our salesperson to check her voicemail, and not try to blame me for the sin of leaving a voice mail on her office phone. So we purchased a new Jeep Gladiator. I've only ever in my 44 years of driving and buying cars had one five star experience. This was not it, but it also wasn't the worst. However, the followup has been absolutely the worst. There's a steering issue that seems to be common to Gladiators, but it appears a new flash of the PCM corrects it. Communicated with Tracy Bryant, who is a manager, three days ago about bringing it in for the new car detailing (we bought it late on a rainy Friday night, so didn't bother with that at the time), and to get this service item taken care or. The husband takes a day off to drive from Tampa to St. Pete to get the service item and a detail taken care of based on a text exchange with Mr. Bryant three days ago and this morning. He'd referred us to our salesperson, Jennifer Howell. I'd previously left her several messages to which she'd never responded. Lay gets over there...there's nothing about the service appointment in the system, and when I call Jennifer she blames it on me for leaving her voice mail messages on her office phone instead of calling her cell phone (because, she hardly ever checks her office voice mail, and I should have just known that apparently). Not apologetic, not her fault... the solution is, just drive back over Sunday night, we'll give you a loaner and call you Monday when it's done...and then drive back and forth yet another time. And of course, now this Bryant guy has vanished. Not happy...will likely NOT do business with them in the future. To his credit, Mr. Bryant has offered a loaner if we can drop the truck off Sunday evening. At this point all he can do is work to recover, and appears to be doing that, but I really shouldn't have had to engage with him anyways. The salesperson should have been on her toes. More
