I have a 2012 Rubicon Unlimited, my throwout bearing came apart and destroyed the clutch pretty much. My service advisor is Todd ,he had it ready by the next day. Just bad customer service Took my Chyrsler 300 in for a repair, bad wheel speed sensor. I was told the wrong close time for the service department, which wasn't a huge deal they were just closed when i arrived. But the way that my wife and i were treated was unacceptable. I went to the front desk to ask if i might be able to pick up my car and was met with attitude. I was told the service department was closed and they didn't give her any keys. So I left and came back the next morning to p/u my car, When we tried to explain what had happened and the way we were treated we were met with more attitude and blame on other people. Just felt like nobody cared to hear us out or express concern about the way things were being handled. Brittany is the Service Rep that handled my appt and did reach out to ask about my experience. I was honest with her, she did apologize for the experience we had with their dealership. But she was the first one to reach out even after messages had been left for the service Manager. I won't be back to this dealership as it seems if you are not there to buy a car they don't seem to care about their customers. Positive note my car is working fine, $305 dollars later. More
