Avoid this place for any repair work. I took my truck there for a open factory recall for the pinion nut coming loose. Well that's what happened well after two weeks of keeping my truck they said the rep there for a open factory recall for the pinion nut coming loose. Well that's what happened well after two weeks of keeping my truck they said the repairs were going to be 5 grand and they would not fix the recall because the repairs were worth more than the truck they also offered me a thousand dollars for it and they keep the truck . I drove by this dealership daily and the truck never moved from the spot. I picked up the truck and fixed it myself in an hour and a half and 25 bucks in parts. I been driving it for over a week now no problems. Honesty and customer service is not what this dealership stands for More

Avoid at all costs. The service department screwed me, charged me for an unauthorized repair that should have been under warranty, and did a jury rig instead of a real repair. I refused to authorize payment twice but they ignored me and did the "work" anyway. I had to pay to get my Jeep back, then took it to another Jeep dealership to get it fixed right under warranty. When I told the salesman about it, who I've bought 2 vehicles from, his answer was "I'm sorry to hear that." This dealership is horrible. Their service department is run by liars and criminals. Go somewhere else, or you'll regret it. More
