Total neglect for customers property My 2016 SRT Challenger went into their "body shop" they stored removed parts on the dash, nicked my window tint, they dented my console, tore the leat My 2016 SRT Challenger went into their "body shop" they stored removed parts on the dash, nicked my window tint, they dented my console, tore the leather drivers seat and then denied it. You don't want to raise to much xxxx because they still have to finish. Total lack of respect. I emailed their link and asked if the body shop was a leased tenant and never recieved a response. They don't care if you come back because theirs someone to take your place unfortunately. Never again!!! More
Worst Customer Service Four hours to get a return call back after leaving 2 voicemails. Had to call FCA customer service to get that call. When I went to pick my vehicle up the service advisor was on the phone and just handed me the paperwork and key fob. With the phone still in his hand he walked to the bay door and pressed the emergency button to get the horn to sound. He handed me the keys and said just do that to locate it. Finding it was no problem, just look under th ed tree they parked it under. Yes, tree sao, acirns, twigs etc all over it. Will never go back to this dealer or buy another RAM product More

Poor service I have been to this dealership in the past and didn't fine it too bad. But a few weeks ago I took my Jeep in for a inside door trim, it kept popping out and was told they couldn't do anything with it. Well I took it to Fitzgerald Countryside and they replaced the door trim ( on the drivers side ). What a fine job. And now it's all fixed thanks to a caring dealership. Pam is by far the most combative, insincere, arrogant person I have ever dealt with, and I spent 20 years in customer service! I purchased my second challenger from your dealership nearly two weeks ago and the detailers gave me back me car with scratches and looking worse than when I dropped her off. After talking to Pam she assured me that she would make things right, so NOT the case! She used my car as a clip board to take notes and it gets worse from there! The chip in my door reappeared, the detailers are sloppy.. I was told I am " a perfectionist" and my car will never be perfect and she had the nerve to say your folks are not professionals!! ADDITIONALLY PAM LET ME KNOW SHE WAS" BUSY" AND DID NOT HAVE TIME TO LOOK OVER MY CAR! I was already upset, why wouldn't you take 5 minutes to look it over AND go fill it up with gas as promised??? My next car will be purchased from Suncoast due in part to Pam and the lack of pride and ownership your dealership takes in it's work! More

I am upset over non repair of a paint flake on front of trunk. Charley called and told me not covered , "were here to make money". As the owner of a 2019 Limited Ram at $70,000 i am upset. This truck was sold with Bad software in it the screen has locked up over 10 time's. I had dealerships disconnect battery 4 times to reset. Had tailgate latch replaced, had 2 recalls, and the Radiator fan has locked on High twice, again disconnect battery and reset. That is a lot of my wasted time and inconvience. I could have lemon lawed it. Your dealership will have a poor rating. More

This dealership only wants your money and it’s obvious when they refuse to address safety recalls and warranty items. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Dodge location for service! More
