I was interested in a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that I found on CarGurus and sent in a inquiry to find out the price and more about the car. He sent me a link to make sure we were talking about the same car. I confirmed that we were and asked what the price was because if it was out of my range I did not want to waste his time. He continued to ask me more qualifying questions. He asked if I was local I told him Sanford, FL. He then asked and I qoute" Your pretty far away. What are you trying to accomplish?" I explained to him I asked for the price first and foremost so I was not wasting his time. It should not matter how far away I am untill I ask about home delivery. I then realized that I was wasting my time. When I explained to him a few other details I told him not to contact me again. He then replied back to me and I quote again" Sanford is 126 miles away and 2 hours from my store. I apologize for asking questions. lol Have a good day." Was an acceptable answer till he had the LOL in there. Some people drive for the best deal. Since Covid-19 is going on you think they would want any business they could get to sell units. I will make sure NOT TO PROMOTE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!! More

He was really quite exceptional! Made the signing tolerable and made sure to know I actually knew what the signatures meant. These two guys are the real deal. Ill be recommending them and purchasing here for all my vehicles. More
I’m so disappointed in the Jeep Grand Cherokee. I’ve leased these vehicles for the last 5 yrs and I have problems with each one. This vehicle isn’t even 3 yrs old and I’ve had multiple issues. The servi leased these vehicles for the last 5 yrs and I have problems with each one. This vehicle isn’t even 3 yrs old and I’ve had multiple issues. The service department is doing the best the can but I don’t like that they have no error messages and cannot duplicate what is happening. I have spend hours upon hours at several dealerships, very frustrating. The least they can do is give me a loaner while they figure out what is wrong. I should be able to get in, start the vehicle, and drive to where I need to go in something that is less than 3 yrs old! Dale, the service advisor, is pleasant and efficient. I just wish my vehicle had no issues and I didn’t need to see the advisor just about every 3 days. More

You don't want to raise to much xxxx because they still have to finish. Total lack of respect. I emailed their link and asked if the body shop was a leased tenant and never recieved a response. They don't care if you come back because theirs someone to take your place unfortunately. Never again!!! More

When I went to pick my vehicle up the service advisor was on the phone and just handed me the paperwork and key fob. With the phone still in his hand he walked to the bay door and pressed the emergency button to get the horn to sound. He handed me the keys and said just do that to locate it. Finding it was no problem, just look under th ed tree they parked it under. Yes, tree sao, acirns, twigs etc all over it. Will never go back to this dealer or buy another RAM product More

Poor service I have been to this dealership in the past and didn't fine it too bad. But a few weeks ago I took my Jeep in for a inside door trim, it kept popping out and was told they couldn't do anything with it. Well I took it to Fitzgerald Countryside and they replaced the door trim ( on the drivers side ). What a fine job. And now it's all fixed thanks to a caring dealership.
