raded a classic mustang to Dayton Andrews and was given between 1/2-2/3 of thee value based on local sales for the vehicle in the same condition. Not a dime was taken off of the price of the Jeep I bought. I wasn’t a fan of the rims and tires that were on the truck and asked that they change them out. Again they declined. That simply makes them shred negotiators, not a bad company. When I got home I noticed the smell of antifreeze. I brought the Jeep back and was told the water pump was bad and they would replace it. I took the Jeep to a reputable tire shop to have the tires rotated due to a large “chop” or “scallop” in the tires. The tire shop refused to rotate the tires saying they were unsafe. I googled the same and it says they are unsafe to drive on. The service manager disagrees and says they are fine to drive on and that they only check for tread depth when “certifying” a car. He also said and I quote, “these [jeeps] with 37” tires aren’t made to be driven down the road. Meanwhile they have 10-20 more in the lot for sale. This is coming from the service manager of maybe the largest Jeep dealership in the area. I’d be very wary of buying from Dayton Andrews. It’s sad to suggest bringing a mechanic to a dealership for a purchase, but I definitely would here if you are considering a purchase. More

Justin treats me Like I am a stupid woman. I have brought my car there several times and he does not want to help me I even brought it there while it was having the issue they let me sit for hours and then sent me on my way. hey fixed 1 broken wire .... keeps blaming my issues on sirius. I called them they have more understanding on what is wrong with my truck then dayton andrews does. Justin treats me like I don't understand what is wrong with my car I am married to a auto technician I probably understand more about my Truck then Justin does. Justin tries to send me emails about the diagnostic tests he ran and give me letters like DTC I know what DTC means but yet you still did not give me my answers I asked for maybe because Justin does not know what he is talking about. It is a shame that a manager of a department has no Clue about what he managers He can just recite what is on paper and not explain to a customer. The car had damage before the transport picked up the car and the Salesman JAVIER VERGEL told me he would find out about having the part replaced. I called JAVIER VERGEL numerous times texted and emailed him and he does not respond at all. I called and left a message for his Manager TANYA FAIR she never called back either. JAVIER VERGEL will LIE to you and tell you he will be there for you after the sale. DO NOT BELIEVE HIM HE WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK!!!! HE IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD!!!! More
