Must be friends with someone to get good service The last 2 times we have scheduled service on our vehicle my husband has waited between 2-4 hours. We have always scheduled and never walked in. Oil change and tire rotation. Yesterday was approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hrs. Another person whom was a friend of someone there came in and our truck was moved to get to hers. That is very poor customer service. We have always serviced our vehicle there. We had a wonderful purchase experience but never again will we use them. We have always referred anyone that ask about a dealer to them and I know a few have actually bought. Never again. These problems need fixed. Very sad. This is not the closest dealer to us but we had confidence in them. Never again. More
