Took 3 tries and 34 days to fix a coolant leak under warranty. No communication. warranty. No communication. More

I was charged $276 for one hour of them looking at the vehicle. a diagnostic charge when I advised them what was happening with the vehicle and they came to the same conclusion that I told them before the vehicle. a diagnostic charge when I advised them what was happening with the vehicle and they came to the same conclusion that I told them before they even looked at me car. They then told me they didn't know what the problem was with the vehicle and wanted an additional $1000 to diagnose it further for up to for four hours. This doesn't include the cost of repairs and they said if they couldn't find out how to fix the vehicle I would have to pay them for incomplete diagnosis. More
