Great maintenance service The emplyees at Westside Nissan were friendly. I was offered coffee, snacks, and a comfortable place to sit and watch tv. They were very informative The emplyees at Westside Nissan were friendly. I was offered coffee, snacks, and a comfortable place to sit and watch tv. They were very informative when I was short money, as to where to find my bank. The wait is average time for me of about 2 hours because of other cars ahead of me somtimes or maybe it's my car their working on and just running checks. I don't want to go somewhere else where they do a rush job on my car and mess things up to cause me to be upset. Great job. More

First service I just had my first service on my new Rogue, the service advisor Ashley Tower did a fantastic job and made sure my visit was a pleasant one. Beware I took my 2015 Nissan versa in for what I thought to be something minor. My car was driving perfectly fine but the check engine light was on. When I got there the unprofessional service adviser asked if I had a ride. I said I just want to know why the check engine light is on I am prepared to wait until around noon. She told me it will be 4:00 pm before they know what's wrong with my car.. Something in the pit of my stomach told me to leave with my car. She insisted that if I didn't have someone to pick me up that I could reschedule. Everything about this appointment seemed unorthodox. I asked her why do you make appointments if you can't find out what's wrong with your car until the afternoon. Sure enough I left my car after I told her that all of my windows were down because I had just took my car and had the seats and carpet shampooed and it wasn't dry yet.. I called about 1 and she stated they didn't know yet. At 4 pm dead on the head and said they had bad news my car was dead and none of the $7189 estimate is not covered under my gold power train warranty that by the way I have never had to use. Because they told the warranty company my floor was wet and my car had been flooded. So go pick up my car and I drive it about 2 miles from the dealer and all of the lights on my dashboard light up. It looks like a Christmas tree and my car shuts off. I have my car towed to my personal mechanic only to find out the transmission is shot. And that was not even one of the things listed on the estimate.the car now only goes in reverse. Not sure what all they did to my car when I got there my back seat was pulled completely out and I had to have the technician take the car in the back a reinstall it. BEWARE this is no place to take your carpet. More
I'm was legally ROBED Im usually a pretty easy going kind of gal, however this will be my first and last car I ever buy from here. I don't recommend it. They state new cars has bumper to bumper however when I claim that particular warranty, Nissan wants to charge me for the part wich is 150 plus maintance that comes with the vehicle does NOT COVER NOTHING BUT OIL CHANGE THAT IT AND ONLY FOR A YR. I WISH I WOULDVE BEEN TOLD THIS BY JUAN WHICH WAS MY SALES PERSON I had purchase before @ Toyota and never had issues with them. Might have to go back. Worst purchase in my lifeeeeeee More
Great car, Communication needs work I bought a brand new 2015 from this dealership and loved the customer service we received at the time of purchase. The service department and sales department are not at the same customer service level, unfortunately. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and gave them all my information over the phone. When I showed up to the appointment, they asked me if I had ever been there before. (A little frustrating since my records are in front of them). When they call to make recommendations, they base it off mileage, not the wear and tear on the car. Luckily, my husband caught some of the things they were recommending that had just been done 4 months ago. When we stated this to the service rep, they said, "Oh ok, we will check your records and see if it's still recommended." It's just one of those simple things where you expect someone to look at your services completed before recommending something to make some money. My next call was just to let me know that my car was ready. When I got into the service department, there was attitude when we asked what had been completed on my vehicle. It really just comes down to communication! Love the car :-) More
