JUDY IS A "KAREN" She needs customer service and diversity training. Prices listed not honored, I was told the posted prices are outdated, no matter what I brought to their attention was shot down diversity training. The new faces lead me to believe that there is high turnover rate at your company and no one is getting properly trained. I'm highly disappointed in the fact that I prefer to do business with the dealership I purchased a new car from and I get treated like I'm nothing. I will definitely consider going somewhere else. One year ago the service was outstanding, but the customer service slipped on my most recent visit. Price last year was great but the price increased 45% (oil change only (synthetic blend) out th customer service slipped on my most recent visit. Service representative kept me informed throughout the process but it took over 2 hours to have my previously scheduled service completed. It took 45 minutes to get my vehicle after I was advised it was finished and getting washed. The complementary car wash wet the car, but many spots were obviously missed, so I hand washed the car when I arrived home. Because my past experiences have been positive, I’ll give them another try. More

I was scammed into getting a diagnosis on my vehicle to only be told the same information that was provided by me from my previous one done. The manager gave false information on pricing and receipt showed only be told the same information that was provided by me from my previous one done. The manager gave false information on pricing and receipt showed more and then tried to quote double cost of original estimate, They also did not provide me my diagnostic information the papers are missing all needed to get vehicle repaired because I choose not to do business with them after being ripped off. Arrived at 10 for a 10:15 appointment for a 5000 mile oil change/inspection and tire rotation. Was checked in and waited until after 12 to see my car pull in the service garage. If I was told at 10 that my appointment was 2 hours behind schedule I would have left and rescheduled. Asked for my car since they had not worked on it yet and left as I had to be at work at 1 pm. I as offer no apologies or remedies for the inconvenience. It seemed as if they were upset that I had the audacity to say I should expect better customer service and communication for a scheduled appointment. More
