Dealership tried to up sale me maintenance items that were not even required on my vehicle. I was recommend a coolant service on my vehicle at 45k when manual says 105k. I was recommend a transmission were not even required on my vehicle. I was recommend a coolant service on my vehicle at 45k when manual says 105k. I was recommend a transmission fluid service on my vehicle at 45k when manual says 60k. To top it off mechanic report said my coolant, transmission and brake levels were low when in fact all levels were normal. Really said that this was tried on me. Very sad. More

The Service Manager handled a Warranty Claim that Nissan would -NOT cover. car is a 2013 Nissan Kicks bought in December. Only has 1700 miles on it as of this date. He even covered the Rental Car which Nis would -NOT cover. car is a 2013 Nissan Kicks bought in December. Only has 1700 miles on it as of this date. He even covered the Rental Car which Nissan would not. Put his best person on this. This was replacing both outside mirrors for defect in glass. My car was delivered back to me at end of day and very nicely done. Everything works perfect. More

The wait time was not bad, they were finished quickly. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and check. My vehicle was driving well. However when I left there, there was a loud rattling coming from the b I took my vehicle in for an oil change and check. My vehicle was driving well. However when I left there, there was a loud rattling coming from the back of the vehicle that was not there before. I also left there with a hugh estimate of "needed repairs". More
