They pretty much blew me off and took down my info for a call back. You guys didn't either, but your staff worked hard to find me the model I wanted. I had to wait, but I was okay with that. Still have not received a call or email from the other place up the road, but it's too late now. You guys are lightning fast with all of the paperwork(fastest ever)and I wish you success in helping this dealership thrive. Good luck to you and your team and keep up the good work. Rc More
Horrible Experience I purchased a car here and the salesman was alright. They advertise a price that you must meet like 8 different incentives to get, so if you can be a I purchased a car here and the salesman was alright. They advertise a price that you must meet like 8 different incentives to get, so if you can be a Senior, AARP, Military, College Student and a Foreign Citizen who is 95% Native American you could get that advertised price, otherwise expect to pay more. I bought this car here and everything seemed fine until 2 weeks later it started pouring smoke out of then engine. We called the dealership and could never get a hold of a manager but left messages, we finally got a hold of an associate named Daniel in service and he was sorry and helped us. We never heard back from a manager even after the G.M stated he would find a way to compensate us for our trouble. Now here I am a month and one week later, not even to my first oil change and the same thing happens again. I'm livid, apparently there is an actual issue with this car and no one at West Side seems to be able to handle it. Thankfully I spoke with James this time, and he actually seems to be assisting us. He stated that whoever previously worked on our car didn't do it right and he was going to try and actually handle it this time. I appreciate his professional attitude but I still spent a crap ton of money on something that just keeps breaking. So for a simple re-cap, James and Daniel were excellent, and the salesman was solid. The rest of management seems awful, and never is available (apparently they're in a meeting 24X7). You pay thousands of DOLLARS for a car that BREAKS DOWN twice before your first oil change and most of management isn't competent enough to try get you through this as easily and painlessly as possible. I will literally post this to every review website to let people know whats up with this place. If this problem isn't fixed, I will go elsewhere permanently. There is nothing in me that would want to contribute my business to this place. I gave it a shot because I bought my other car from here when it was Auto Nation and never had an issue, figured this place couldn't be that bad with new ownership...I was wrong. More

Wonderful first buy experience!!! We went to Westside Nissan after visits to many other dealerships, and it was by far the best experience. Told our Sales Consultant, Will Summers, what we were looking for and he instantly made a test drive available. Initially we thought the car would be out of our price range and would not work with our budget. . . 30 mins later, we were walking out with an even better deal then asked to begin with. Frank Simone was top notch working with our financial needs and was completely open and honest through out the whole process, which made it easy to trust we were getting THE best deal around. Overall, it was a really easy experience which you don't get with most big dealerships. Thank you to Will Summers, Frank Simone and the guys at Westside Nissan for such a pleasant, non stressful, first time buying experience. Collision Center and Parts are a JOKE!!!! Had a simple drivers side mirror that needed a cover and a glass replaced. My wife took it to this dealer, because this is where we purchased. The collision guy told her she needed a whole new one replaced. Not the case, I went there and ordered just the part I needed. Seems to me they were trying to take advantage of a lady. After we finally got it ordered, they painted it the wrong color and couldn't even find the glass I ordered. Long story short had to reorder everything over and try this crap again another day. Don't waste your time dealing with these idiots at Westside Nissan. More
