It had bed rail covers and towing package which I did not pay for. The guys at Westside Nissan on Cassat, did right by me and I'm a happycostumer. After trying to deal with a few of the dealers in the Fort Lauderdale area, I became disgusted with their mistreatment of potential customers and rudeness. I then stumbled upon this dealership, which to my surprise, had two leftovers still in stock! I was connected with Mariah, who then connected me with her sales manager, Will. After days of negotiating back and forth via text and call, Will and I struck a deal (a very good one) on the vehicle. They were both extremely responsive throughout the whole process, and truly went above and beyond to earn my business! More than I can say for any of the other dealers I tried to deal with in South Florida. Not only were they both extremely responsive, but they even delivered the vehicle to me for free! And, to top it all off, they also took my trade-in, after giving me what I thought was a fair price sight unseen. I would recommend them again and again, and hope to use them when my wife buys a Rogue in a year! More

That was not only RUDE but the FACE of an arrogant little dick xxx. No one keeps there word here. Management needs to change starting with that useless General Manager. I won't recommend NO ONE to this xxxx hole. More

All you have to do is meet their GM and "Deal" Manager and you'll come to the same conclusion. (I wish I could name them here but afraid my review will not be accepted. Its a shame because people of this ilk should be called out and isolated from the hard working Americans who are forced to deal with them during the car buying experience). I should have known better but was buying a car for my 82 year old mom and they were 1 mile away so took the chance. These guys are the epitome of what people dislike about this industry and you can see it immediately when engaged in the buying process and forced to interact with them. From their sloppy appearance, lack of professionalism and their slickly worded sales terminology, its a sad commentary about the depths people in this industry will allow themselves to go in the pursuit of a deal. Please reply and I will be happy to provide details of my interactions with them but my advice if you happen upon this dealership and these 2 specifically is to immediately turn and walk out the door. Terrible Management follow through! Calls Ignored! In November 2015 we financed our new Nissan Frontier in Jacksonville, Florida from Westside Nissan of Jacksonville. In APRIL 2016, we found a company In November 2015 we financed our new Nissan Frontier in Jacksonville, Florida from Westside Nissan of Jacksonville. In APRIL 2016, we found a company that offered GAP and Extended Warranty policies at a much lower rate than the dealership suggested policies. This resulted in our canceling those policies with an expected and confirmed refund of approximately $2,900.00 to be applied to our financed, payoff balance. For the past eleven (11) weeks, we have made numerous phone calls and met with both old and new ownership representatives and/or managers in the Warranty, Front Office, and Finance departments. The employees we have made contact with rarely return our calls, and break the promises they make. We have no respect for the honesty of this dealership's management choices and will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

this dealer sold me a car that still had a lien on it !!! I purchased a pre-owned Nissan from this dealership back in February and it took two months to straighten out a mess and get my permanent tags. Seems the car still had a lien on it when they sold it to me. I didn't know this until it was weeks and I still hadn't received my tags. FINALLY got this resolved but it took call after call after many calls that were NOT RETURNED. I feel because I am only 22 I was taken advantage of (possibly) and also someone apparently did not do their job somewhere along the line if the used car that was for sale still had a lien on it. This caused me worry and headache for 2 months. Not a pleasant experience for my first time buying a car. VERY DISSAPOINTED. More
